The French Dinner Party Dinner
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
You will be hosted for a wonderful evening of fabulous french food, wonderful company, and delicious french wines. I will create for you a beautiful French feast while experiencing a true French Dinner Party, where we will discuss about all the customs, etiquette, and lore, (and anything else you would like to know about the French or Paris) over a gourmet five-course meal, with perfectly paired, exquisite wines.
It will be an experience you may never forget!

AperitiF
Foie Gras Deviled Eggs
French Cheese Puffs
served with Sparkling Bourgogne
Entré (Starter)
A choice of either Beef Carpaccio,
Smoked Salmon, or Escargot
Plat (Main Dish)
A Mille-Feuille of Provencal Vegetables and your choice of shredded Beef or Duck,
(or Vegetarian), layered "Lasagna" style,
served with Purée du Celeriac.
Salad & Cheese Course
A green salad with AOP cheese
Dessert
A beautiful dessert
based upon your preferences
Choose either a dark, very moist,
chocolate flourless cake,
a white cake with fruit, or a fruit tart.
Coffee or Tea will be offered
(One option per party)
Wine
Sparkling, White and Red Wine will be served with the appropriate dish, along
with Sparkling or Still Water.
Other beverages available upon request.
Additionally, artisan bread and famous french butter will also be part of the meal.
