Roasted Duck Breast
with Orange or Cherry Demi-Glace
served with Buttered Mashed Potatoes,
Joel Rubochon style, and Green Beans.
(Roast Chicken can be substituted if preferred)

A green salad with AOP cheeses
Dessert
A beautiful cake (either chocolate or white with fruit), or fruit tart. (Requests considered!)
